These programmes should give you all the stamina and endurance you will need to complete your chosen distance, feeling strong. If you are brand new to running and find the first few weeks of the training guide for the distance you’ve registered to run a little challenging, consider completing the 5km guide first, to give yourself a base. Each of our training guides is just that, a guide, so feel free to be a little flexible with the one you choose to make it work for you.
