If you’ve competed a few 5KM and 10KM runs in the past but aren’t quite ready for a full marathon then this is the distance for you.
At 21.1KM, it is a significant step up from a 10KM but can easily be achieved with a few months training in your legs. The average runner will take approximately two and a half hours to complete this distance.
