Unfortunately, bib names once entered cannot be changed.
The new dates for the event are 11th & 12th November 2022 and your registration will carry forward. If the event is postponed, a refund can be requested by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before 12th February 2022. After this date, all registrations will automatically be moved to the rescheduled dates of the event as mentioned above.
If the event is cancelled indefinitely, you will be able to avail of a refund on your ticket. The amount refunded will be excluding service charges paid in both scenarios. For more information, please read our Terms & Conditions.

To update your information, either click on the relevant link in your confirmation email or the link inside the red box in your payment receipt email.

Race result will be available to search on the official website soon after the end of the event.
Bring a government issued photo I.D. to the registration area on race day, and we will issue a new number. We will cancel your previous number and void the timing device so that no one can misrepresent you.
After initially registering your email address on our entry page, you should have received an email explaining how to complete your entry. If you did not receive this email, it means that you have an incomplete entry.

You should be at the start line at least 30 minutes before your race starts. We will be communicating what time should be at the event venue as well as other useful information like parking areas and road closures etc. in the Runners’ Guide that will be published at a later date.
RACE PACK COLLECTION
Race pack collection will be open between 1200 and 2100 (local time) at the Race Village (Al Mouj Muscat) on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th November 2022.
Each Race Pack will contain your runner’s bib, baggage tag, event t-shirt, and other goodies from selected Al Mouj Muscat Marathon sponsors and suppliers.
Someone else can collect your Race Pack on your behalf, as long as you provide them with a copy of your confirmation email, a letter that states that they will be picking it up on your behalf and a photo ID.
Only international runners, who arrive in to Oman after Race Pack Collection has closed, will be allowed to collect their packs on the morning of the event. This will be between 0430 – 0530 on Friday 11 and Saturday 12 November.
