your marathon weekend essentials
The 2019 edition of Al Mouj Muscat Marathon will be a two-day festival in Oman’s vibrant capital, on 18th-19th January.
More details about the event will be announced very soon.
Throughout the weekend there will be traffic controls in place to ensure runners’ safety and enable the smooth flow of vehicles around the route. Road closures are generally avoided along the course, but in the interests of looking after runners and spectators, some are necessary for a limited time period and these will be announced in advance so that motorists can plan accordingly and potential delays on race days can be minimised
